We are leaving again to my other grandparent's house so it should be pretty fun. I'll be gone 4 6 days so I won't be able to blog.  I'll do the movie review when I get back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  :-)

I can't believe that......................

I can't believe that its Christmas. My prayers came true for forever I have been praying to keep my heart focused on the real reason of Christmas Jesus' birth.  And today I think that I did pretty well of course it was God working through me.  One thing that I think will help everyone is read the Christmas story either in your bed before you go out to open presents or out in living room before you open anything.  It helps you focus on the true meaning of Christmas.  Some people that don't know what they are talking about say that Christmas is all about making the children happy.  A couple days ago I was watching Fox and Friends and they were talking about something I can't remember it had something to do with Christmas and they get people off the street to share opinion.  I will never forget they how they put this one man on the t.v. and he said "That's Stupid Christmas is about making kids happy and pleasing them" I hate to break it to you bub but you're pretty clueless. So just remember that its all about Christ's birth and that's all that matters.

Planet 51 Review..............

Hey guys I'm back. Just as a F.Y.I I will be gone after church tomorrow until Wednesday. I'll try to blog tomorrow and on Wednesday!!!  If you guys ever want to get a good review for almost any movie go to Plugged in Online  my parent and I trust it. IT is made by  Christians so that make's it so much better.  But if you don't want to go to them I'll try to give you a review on every movie I see.  So to start it off I just saw Planet 51.  So I'll give a review on that. Unlike plugged in I will tell you the bad things because I don't know all of the positive elements because honestly I want to enjoy the movie not study it every moment.If I leave out anything please comment and I will edit my post!!!

Planet 51 Review:

Negative Elements:
- Towards the end of the movies Chuck is getting examined and he is under a sheet. When the rescuers save him he stands up and is Butt Naked ( they do not show it in the movie but you get the picture)  One of the residents that the astronaut has come to be friends with responds " that's a weird place to put an antenna". Very not needed and inappropiate.

That is basically all except the next one is debatable (whether it is bad)

- At the end the boy and girl kiss for a couple seconds.

Once again......

   Once again God showed me something amazing.  This morning in my quiet time I read a verse about how we should be instruments to the Lord.  In other posts I talked about band. I play Trombone.  In that verse he said to me that I shouldn't be playing my instruments for myself I should be playing it for him.  I have been playing my instruments just because I have to but starting today I am going to play my instruments for him and only him.  For he has given me the ability to play the trombone and I will use it for his glory.  He has also provided the trombone that I am playing.  I thank him for everything that he has given me. So I encourage you whatever talents you have use them for the glory of the Lord.

Isn't he amazing........

    God is amazing isn't he.  If you read my post a couple days ago you know that I wanted an answer from God.  Well today my band director talks to me and says he might let me in Symphonic Band.  But I don't want to get my  hope's up.

Oh well! .........

I'm most likely not going to go to Symphonic Band it would take a miracle. But my sister is.  I guess its just  not meant to be.  Oh well thank you for all your support!  But he did say that I was doing really good on my ensemble.  Plus I'm going to do a solo in front of a lot of people.  That's pretty nerve-racking.  LAst night we had a band concert and right before we left I was not feeling really good.  So my dad and I stayed home for a little while.  But luckily I got to go and I felt amazing.

I Just Don't Know...........

Have you ever wanted to move up a level on something?  I don't mean video games I mean to move up in "power".  Well in band I really want to move up to the Symphonic band but I feel like God wants me to stay in the same schedule.  I think this because there's this guy in my P.E. that I feel like he wants me to minister to.  I just don't know what he wants me to do.  I feel like I'm the rope in tug-of-war being pulled both directions.  I hate to ask him to prove it in some way.  What do you guys think that I should do?????????????

Anticipating

I'm Anticipating Christmas but at the same time dreading it.  You may be thinking how can you dread Christmas of all things!!!!!!  Well, there's a couple of reasons 1) I want everyone to really like my presents. They all put a smile on and say thank you, but there's always the question in the back of your mind saying "DO they really Truly Like it??????"  and #2) is I don't want to be just focused on the presents that I'm getting.  I also want to be focused on the true meaning of Christmas. Christ's birth!!!!   But on a happier note Andrew Clements' new Book cover has been revealed and I'll put it with this post. If you go to keepersoftheschool.com you will be able to read the 1st and 2nd chapter!!!!!!! I'll see what I can do I might put it in a later post or in this one IDK!!!!!!! Thanksgiving is Over

Thanksgiving is gone and Christmas is still to come.  My 4 year old brother keeps asking if its time to open Christmas presents yet and we keep having to tell him no.  His birthday is really close to Christmas and today is his real birthday.  So my Grandmother just called and asked to tell him happy birthday.  My Mom politely told her that he would think that he would get to open presents again and of course we and his birthday party before his real birthday.  So the only presents left are the Christmas presents which some of them are under the tree. Peace.

Right now

Right now my family and I are going over to a couple in our lifegroup's house.  They have children and they are my friends and their oldest daughter is back and we were really close I am only 11 so we were just good friends then she went to college.  But now she's back visiting and I can't wait to see her we are leaving now. Happy Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!!!  The Holidays are officially here isn't it wonderful, This year I am going to make my own Christmas Cards.  I am a Middle Schooler so I do have to do Christmas Cards w/my family but I also want to do my own. I'm just going to make a doc. and print and copy a million and 2 times. Happy Holidays.
